Director Westbrook is a cybersecurity professional and military veteran who served in various communication operations throughout his military career. He served as a Senior Duty Officer under Presidents Obama, Bush and Clinton and provided direct oversight on Presidential, Vice-Presidential and First Lady missions. He also served as a Level 1 Presidential Communications Officer who directly supported the President, Vice-President, First Lady, the Secret Service, and senior White House Staff, by leading elite communications teams worldwide to insure quality voice and data services.
He has a heart for our mission and struggling youth; and he has continued over the years to mentor such youngsters.
